1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AskAd.ai, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using AskAd.ai on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

3. Service Description

AskAd.ai provides a marketing analytics and CRM platform that integrates with third-party advertising platforms. The service includes data aggregation, AI-powered analytics, lead management, and reporting features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

4. Payment & Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions remain at the current price until renewal.
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
• Upon cancellation, your data will be available for export for 30 days.
• Annual subscriptions may be refunded within the first 14 days if no significant usage has occurred.

6. Intellectual Property

AskAd.ai and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AskAd.ai, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of AskAd.ai is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that you have read and understand our data practices. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable data protection laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskAd.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AskAd.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and emailing registered users. Your continued use of AskAd.ai after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
